Kevin has over 13 years of life insurance industry experience with a background in estate planning and life insurance product design. He began his career in the insurance industry while still in college, apprenticing with an independent broker; working his way from administrative assistant to office administrator, and then independent agent/producer. For the past 9 years, Kevin has focused exclusively on the life settlement industry and works solely with the top institutionally funded life settlement companies. In 2004 he founded his own company, Solutions for Life, Inc. (SFL). His goal is to serve as a national distribution force for life settlement contracts while adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.
Kevin holds life and viatical/life settlement licenses and conducts business in numerous states. As new regulations emerge, Kevin will continue to obtain the necessary certification and licensing as required. Please contact our License Administrator for specific state license information.

Maureen Cooper joined the Company in 2008 and has over thirty years experience as a Certified Paralegal at a major Miami Law Firm. She specialized in the areas of real estate and commercial lending handling the preparation of transfer documents, settlement statements, title insurance policies, closing documentation and coordination of all post-closing matters. She then spent seven years in contract law and property management. This background and knowledge was a perfect fit into SFL's needs and when combined with her careful attention to detail, superior writing ability and working knowledge of numerous areas of the law, she is an invaluable resource to our Company.
Maureen is responsible for contract preparation and review and submission of all documents throughout the entire closing process. Her compliance background makes for a smooth and expedited closing.
Peggy Trice joined SFL in 2006 and brings to the company her 12 years prior experience in the banking industry. Peggy performed mortgage broker subsidiary licensing and compliance functions for Suncoast Savings & Loan and OptimumBank, including state, federal and SEC filings. At Solutions for Life, Peggy's primary responsibilities include all states licensing and CE compliance.
